Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Technical Secretariat by email at dfts@bocemtium.com. All cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and acceptance will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.

For cancellations received after August 20, 2026, a penalty of €25 will be applied.

For cancellations received up to September 15, 2026, a penalty of 50% of the total paid will be applied.

For cancellations received after September 15, 2026, cancellations will not be accepted and no refund of the registration fee will be made.
The registrant will not be entitled to claim any compensation from the Organization if the Congress has to be canceled or postponed due to unexpected causes or force majeure. Likewise, no compensation will be claimed if the program undergoes any changes due to the absence of one of the invited speakers.
